You can clearly declare your decision to revoke this contract by clicking on the "Cancel Service" button, which you will find in the text chat of the service. If you make use of this option, you will immediately receive a confirmation (eg via e-mail) of the receipt of such a revocation. In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this agreement, we shall reimburse you for any payments we have received from you, including delivery charges, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this agreement.
