Klickerr offers private persons and European companies the opportunity to create services and offer them to customers around the world via a 1-to-1 video chat.

The registration and use of Klickerr is completely FREE. Just log in with your name and email and you're ready to go.

Companies can also just register as buyers of services.
Klickerr offers companies the opportunity to request on demand-services quickly and easily and to connect with knowledge from all over the world. The company registration is currently only available for European corporations with a valid tax number.
Service providers can link directly their social media channels to their public profile and products. This way trust can be build quickly and effectively within our community.

Once a service has been released for sale by the provider, it can no longer be changed.
Changes may no longer be made, as every service offered on Klickerr has to be clear and unique.
For example, it is not possible to reduce a Spanish speaking lesson from 50 minutes for one customer to 30 minutes for another. The service seller has to create a new offer instead for such a 30 minute lesson.
Withdrawal data of a service provider, which has already been verified by Klickerr can not be changed by the provider. If you want to change your withdrawal account, then you can send us an inquiry on firstname.lastname@example.org, as your account has to be re-verified.
You can delete your account at any time via the menu item "Edit Profile". It is not possible to delete the account if there are any pending services or outstanding payments. Only when all payments related to you have been paid out, and you have no upcoming services, you can delete your Klickerr account.
Klickerr supports most common international currencies to pay for services. In the footer you can choose your preferred currency which will be displayed for all services.
The displayed prices in different currencies are calculated from daily updated exchange rates and rounded according to the underlying currency.
Services are paid within the text-chat between the buyer and seller. Klickerr uses the help of the external payment provider Stripe who handles the payment (please see our general terms and conditions).

After successful payment of the service, information regarding the underlying service and legal information will be sent to the buyer and seller by email as well as listed in the menu item "Bookings".
Klickerr does not provide the buyer or seller with an invoice of the service, just a payment information. An invoice for a service can only be issued by the seller and if you need an invoice, please inform the service provider before conducting the service.
Klickerr releases the payout amount to the seller of a service up to 14 days after successful completion of the service. Each service is transferred individually to the seller.
If you have forgotten your Klickerr password, simply go to the Log In screen and click “Forgot password”.
If you have found an inappropriate or unauthorized service on Klickerr, please let us know at email@example.com or click on "report product" and we will start an investigate. Should a non-authorized service be ascertained, it will be deleted immediately and the seller of such a prohibited service will be blocked.
To offer a service and to use Klickerr is free of charge.
Fees are only incurred if a service has been successfully completed and the fees are directly deducted from the payout to the seller. The fees per service are:
Allison sells a service for EUR 35,- to John. If the service is successfully completed, the payout to Allison is as follows:

Services of any kind that can be conducted within a 1-to-1 video chat can be offered at Klickerr. However, Klickerr limits the offer by not allowing pornographic, violence-glorifying, radical, illegal or offensive services.
If such offers are placed on Klickerr, Klickerr will delete them immediately upon notice and the seller will be blocked.
To be able to offer services on Klickerr you must be at least 18 years of age.
Services offered on Klickerr can take between 5 and 90 minutes. The possible durations are: 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes.
Services on Klickerr can be offered at a price from $ 4 to $ 1,000 USD.
When you set the price for your service please note, that this price is inclusive of any applicable taxes, duties and the Klickerr fee of 3% of the service price and € 0.49.
Service providers have the opportunity to create special offers within the text chat, in order to easily tailor made services for customer requests.
The special offer is subject to all legal requirements of Klickerr, but is only displayed within this one text chat. This means, that this product is not visible to others and is not displayed within the seller's profile.
If you want to place services on Klickerr that do not fit into one of the suggested categories, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to add them as soon as possible.
A service, which is offered within the chat between the buyer and seller, has a validity of 24 hours. Within this period, the offer has to be confirmed by the seller and paid by the customer. If the offer is not bought within 24 hours, its validity expires.
All ratings on Klickerr are based on conducted services. In addition to a star rating the buyer can also describe the service and his/her experience with the seller.
Reviews can not be answered. If you would like to complain about a rating you received, please contact us at email@example.com.
The service seller is sole responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes on his/her service. VAT or other taxes may apply to the offered service. If the seller is not sure if taxes may apply on his/her service, we recommend to consult with a local tax consultant.
All prices displayed on Klickerr include all taxes and fees. No additional fees or the like will be added to the shown price of the service.
At Klickerr every buyer or seller has to comply with Klickerr's general terms and conditions and comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the underlying service.
In addition to the Klickerr terms and conditions, corporate sellers can upload their own terms and conditions. These are displayed within the public company profile. General terms and conditions of the corporate seller may not contradict the Klickerr terms and conditions and must comply with national and international laws.
Corporate sellers have to specify their contract language when creating the Klickerr account. This contract language applies to all services offered by the company and is displayed on the profile page and product sites. Should the company upload its own terms and conditions to Klickerr, they have to be written in the chosen contract language.
According to EU law, Klickerr displays a company imprint for each corporate seller. This can be seen on the profile page of the company. Various mandatory information such as company name, address, telephone number, email, tax number, contract language as well as possible further information in accordance with national imprint requirements are listed.
Each service is offered, purchased and conducted within a separate text chat between the buyer and seller.
Once the service has been completed or canceled, the chat closes. To be able to communicate further, a new chat has to be opened between buyer and seller.
Within the Klickerr own video chat the service between buyer and seller is conducted.
The opening button for the video chat is displayed inside the text chat as soon as the buyer has paid the service.
The video chat opens 10 minutes prior to the start of the service (buyer and seller can enter the video chat from this point onwards by clicking on the button "Open chat").
The video chat closes automatically 10 minutes after the end of the service.
If backcoupling (you hear an echo of your voice) occurs during the video chat, please just use a headset to conduct the service to prevent this effect.
If a service seller does not appear for the video chat, please remain within the video chat for at least 10 minutes after the start. Should the seller appear within these 10 minutes, you can recover the lost time within the excess length of the video chat.
However, if the seller does not appear, the "report abuse" button appears in the underlying text chat. Please click this button and then the service will be cancelled free of charge and you will get the full amount refunded (100% of the purchase price).
If the client does not show up to the video chat at the designated time, please remain within the video chat for the entire length of time scheduled. Do not leave the video chat because the customer can enter the video chat at any time. The service will be charged in full.
If a service seller is running late, for such a case Klickerr has integrated a 10-minute buffer at the end of the service to help catch up on the lost time.
If the seller is more than 10 minutes late for the appointment, the full amount can be returned to the customer by pressing the cancel button which will be displayed to the buyer in the text chat.
Klickerr has integrated a 10 minute buffer after the video chat, so that the seller can possibly make up time if the buyer is running late. If the client enters the video chat late, you as a seller please remain within the video chat for the entire length of the scheduled time. Do not leave the video chat because the client can enter the video chat at any time. The service will be charged in full.
If neither buyer nor seller enter the video chat, the buyer will be 100% refunded.
A service which has already been paid for can be postponed by the buyer for up to 180 minutes from the scheduled starting time. The buyer can find a button to postpone an ordered service within the text chat.
The seller of the service has to accept a proposed postponement. If he/she does not accept, the service will be conducted as planned at the scheduled time.
It is only possible to postpone a service that is at least 24 hours in the future. Services which start in less than 24 hours are not able to be postponed.
The Klickerr group chat offers you the opportunity to get in touch with other members of Klickerr, ask questions or to provide answers and help.
There is one group for each product category and every member of Klickerr can join the group.
Every paid service may be canceled for free prior to the start of the service.
Press the "Cancel service" button within the underlying text chat and the service will be cancelled free of charge.

If the service is not as advertised, or if an action of a chat participant is not correct, the seller as well as the buyer can "report" the chat.
When the buyer reports the chat, the full purchase price (100%) is refunded. Klickerr will then start an investigation and, if necessary, set actions which can go beyond the exclusion of a chat party.
When only the seller reports the chat, the payment for a service is handled as if it had taken place normally and the chat will be terminated. Klickerr will then start an investigation and, if necessary, set actions which can go beyond the exclusion of a chat party.
When the buyer and seller report the chat, the full purchase price (100%) is refunded. Klickerr will then start an investigation and, if necessary, set actions which can go beyond the exclusion of a chat party.
The buyer and the seller can report abuse up to 60 minutes after the official end of the underlying service, no later report is possible.
Every service at Klickerr is performed via an internal video chat and therefore every device used to conduct a service must have a camera and video chat functionality.
On the software side, the video chat can be used without restrictions on computers with the browsers Firefox, Chrome and Opera and on mobile devices that use the Android operating system.
Mobile devices should have good computing power to perform the video chat.
When using Safari on Mac, macOS High Sierra or newer is required and on iOS devices, iOS 11.2 or higher is required.
There is no need to download an app in order to use Klickerr.
If you want to use Klickerr on an iOS device, please download the latest version of iOS. Klickerr requires the version 11.2 and later in order to use the video chat.
The video chat can only be conducted within the Safari browser on your iOS device and not with Chrome or any other browser on your iOS device.
If you use Klickerr on Apple computers with the Safari browser, please download the latest version of Safari. Klickerr requires MacOS High Sierra and later.
If you Mac does not support MacOS High Sierra, please open Klickerr with the Chrome browser, Firefox or Opera as older versions of Safari do not support the video chat technology of Klickerr.
The function of the video chat is not supported directly by Internet Explorer. Therefore please download Microsoft Edge, the Chrome browser, Firefox or Opera to your PC and use it for conducting the video chat.
Klickerr recommends the Android version 8 to conduct the video chat. Earlier versions of Android are also supported, but there may be browser differences in video transmission.
If you have an older version of Android loaded on your phone, there may be irregularities with the video image transmission, if you use the native Samsung browser or the mobile Chrome browser on your device. If this happens please just download the Mozilla Firefox browser to your device and conduct the video chat within this browser.
Screen sharing is currently only supported on desktop computers using the Chrome or Firefox browser. On Safari and mobile devices screen sharing is at the moment not supported.
If you want to use screen sharing on Chrome, please download the following plugin and you can use the function without restrictions.
If you see the message "Your Browser does not support WEB-RTC" when you open your inbox or a text chat, then we actively draw your attention to the fact that you cannot perform video chat with this browser or device. Please simply switch to a WebRTC-enabled device or browser(version) and you can easily continue the chat.
Since the video chat is a peer to peer connection between the seller and buyer a fast internet connection is necessary in order to enjoy the video chat in a good quality.
3 - 5 Mbps server and browser at incoming and outgoing are recommended for a good experience. This can result in a data volume consumption of 5 megabytes (MB) per minute. Klickerr therefore also recommends the use of a stable WLAN network if you want to perform the video chat with your mobile phone.
